The LiveHire database is directly linked to Google search, with digital CVs from the database appearing on the first page of Google search results.
The company has developed algorithms that interpret peoples' resumes, and it pushes forward those people it feels are ready to make a move up toward the top of searches.
LiveHire charges employers $20 to access the candidate's contact details.
While Seek and LinkedIn are entrenched in the recruitment market, LiveHire is one of the myriad of startups that have emerged in the online recruitment space.
