9 Spokes International Ltd, a New Zealand-based cloud app integrator is launching a roadshow in Melbourne and Sydney this week to garner support for a $25 million listing on the ASX.
The company operates a portal, which businesses can use to aggregate all their different cloud computing applications in one place.
The company recently built Deloitte's Private Connect cloud application platform, and also locked in a contract with a UK bank.
The company, founded in 2011 by Adrian Grant and current chief executive Mark Estall, seeks to raise up to $25 million at $0.20 a share, valuing the business at $80 million.
The money raised will help fund the company's international expansion strategy.
