Bailador Technology Investments Ltd (ASX:BTI) has been granted a trading halt by the ASX this morning, with its shares placed in pre-open.
Bailador requested the halt pending details regarding an underwriting agreement relating to the exercise of listed BTIO options that expire on Thursday, 31 March, 2016.
The halt will remain in place until the opening of trade on Friday 1st of April 2016, or earlier if an announcement is made to the market.
