BGD Corporation (ASX:BGD) has been granted a trading halt today pending details of a material acquisition.
No additional details have yet been made available.
The company held $1.2 million in cash at the end of June 2015.
The halt will remain in place until the opening of trade on Monday 12th October 2015, or earlier if an announcement is made to the market.
