Syrah Resources Ltd (ASX:SYR) is preparing to provide details of an underwritten equity raising by way of institutional placement, with the ASX granting a trading halt to finalise.
Syrah is currently constructing the Balama graphite project in Mozambique, with commercial production scheduled to commence in early 2017.
The halt will remain in place until the opening of trade on Monday 20th June 2016, or earlier if an announcement is made to the market.
