St George Mining (ASX:SGQ) has appointed company secretary Sarah Shipway as a non-executive director to fill the vacancy created by the untimely death of Marcus Michael after a short illness.
Shipway was appointed Company Secretary of St George on 22 March 2012.
Michael was a founding shareholder and director of the company. He was instrumental in the successful development of St George into one of Australia’s leading nickel sulphide explorers.
