St George Mining (ASX: SGQ) has identified six priority nickel targets at its wholly-owned East Laverton Property in Western Australia’s Northeast Goldfields and will start surveys next week.
These all have the potential to host large nickel sulphide deposits.
Electromagnetic anomalies have already been identified at the Cambridge target, where a fixed loop electromagnetic survey is planned for selected areas of the dunite body.
Moving loop electromagnetic surveys will cover the remainder of the Cambridge area and will also be used at the other priority nickel targets.
St George’s tenements extend over 60 kilometres of the Stella Range belt, from Aphrodite in the south to Cambridge North.
