Sovereign Metals Ltd (ASX:SVM) has a focus on Malawi Graphite Projects, including Duwi which hosts a resource of 6.13 million tonnes of total graphitic content.
Sovereign has an offtake and development funding partnership with major Chinese corporation China Volant Industry Co Ltd.
The company is now heading to market with a capital raising, with the ASX granting a trading halt to prepare.
The halt will remain in place until the opening of trade on Monday 27th June 2016, or earlier if an announcement is made to the market.
