Resource and Investment (ASX: RNI) is heading to market with a capital raising.
The ASX this morning has granted the company a trading halt, with its shares placed in pre-open.
Last week the company assayed good widths and grades of copper via a portable XRF at its 80% owned Forrest Gimp project in Western Australia's Bryah Basin.
Results included 15 metres at 1.06% copper from 154 metres, including 1 metre at 7.13% copper and 1 metre at 2.34% copper.
Another intercept returned 8 metres at 1.17% copper from 132 metres, including 1 metre at 6.47% copper.
The halt will remain in place until the opening of trade on Monday 28th April 2014, or earlier if an announcement is made to the market.
