Platypus Minerals (ASX:PLP) has received written confirmation that its conservation management plan for upcoming drilling at Mt Andrew in Western Australia's Fraser Range has been approved.
Platypus has also lodged a program of works application for the exploration schedule, which is funded by Terrain Minerals (ASX:TMX) under the Mt Andrew farmin agreement.
Exploration will include ground electromagnetic surveys and reverse circulation drilling of several bedrock conductors identified via airborne electromagnetics, and will target nickel and copper.
Platypus does not anticipate any restrictions to the proposed drilling program and will advise the market once the program of works has been approved.
