Neuren Pharmaceuticals (ASX: NEU) is preparing to announce capital raising details, with the ASX granting the company a trading halt this morning - with its shares placed in pre-open.
Neuren is a biopharmaceutical company focussed on the development of new therapies for brain injury, neurodevelopmental and neurodegenerative disorders.
The halt will be in place until the opening of trade on Tuesday 22nd October 2013, or earlier if an announcement is made to the market.
