Copper-focused Mithril Resources (ASX: MTH) is heading to market with a capital raising. The ASX has this morning granted the company a trading halt, with its shares placed in pre-open.
Mithril is preparing to kick-off a 3000 metre reverse circulation drilling program at East Arunta in the Northern Territory, testing five outcropping copper targets.
Adding potential to the program, there are some geological similarities between East Arunta Project Area and the Cloncurry Copper District NW Queensland.
The halt will last until the earlier of an announcement being made to the market, or the opening of trade on Tuesday 3rd September 2013.
