Mining

Minbos Resources to update underwriting details over renounceable entitlement issue

Minbos Resources' (ASX: MNB) shares are in pre-open today, following the Australian Stock Exchange granting the company a trading halt.

The company is focused on phosphate rock exploration with interests in the Congo Basin, West Africa.

The halt was requested pending details of the underwriting of the company’s renounceable entitlement issue.

Minbos was seeking to raise around $1.1 million, and previously the company had noted that the offer was fully underwritten subject to certain terms and conditions by Bethesda Investment Corp and Copper Mining Venture, LDA (a related party of the company).

The halt will remain in place until the opening of trade on Wednesday 12th February 2014, or earlier if an announcement is made to the market.
