Meteoric Resources NL (ASX:MEI) has been granted a trading halt by the ASX, pending an announcement in relation to the signed Heads of Agreement entered into with People Post Pty Ltd.
Under the terms, Meteoric will acquire 100% of the issued capital of People Post for 370 million shares, with additional shares planned on milestones.
The halt will remain in place until the opening of trade on Thursday 17th March 2016, or earlier if an announcement is made to the market.
