Lynas Corporation (ASX:LYC,OTC:LYSDY) has scored a victory receiving a Temporary Operating Licence from the Malaysian Atomic Energy Licensing Board for the Lynas Advanced Materials Plant.
The International Atomic Energy Agency had previously indicated the facility is safe and fully compliant with international standards.
The license will enable Lynas to commence the transport of rare earths concentrate and to complete all necessary steps to prepare for first feed to kiln, which is expected in October.
