Lodestar Minerals (ASX:LSR) has successfully placed 3,368,716 in shortfall shares to raise $117,905, bringing the total capital raised via the recent entitlement offer and placement to $3.7 million.
The capital raising make it well positioned to carry out exploration activities at its highly prospective Peak Hill/Doolgunna gold and copper prospects in Western Australia this year.
Last month it started rotary air blast and aircore drilling to test copper and gold targets on the Ned's Creek tenements, which form part of the company's 2,300 square kilometre Peak Hill-Doolgunna project.
