Venture Minerals (ASX: VMS) is preparing to make an announcement in regards to the approvals process for the Riley DSO Project, with the ASX granting the company a trading halt - with its shares placed in pre-open.
The Riley Direct Shipping Ore hematite mine is located in northwest Tasmania.
Last month the company received approval conditions from the Federal Environment Minister for the development of the mine.
The company will remain in the halt until the opening of trade on Friday 27th September, or earlier if an announcement is made to the market.
