Latin Resources (ASX:LRS) non-executive director Zhongsheng Liu has stepped down from board with effect from today.
This is in line with the company’s strategy to reduce expenses, which includes a smaller board of directors more appropriate to the current level of activity and the prevailing capital markets.
Late last month, non-executive director Mark Rowbottam also stepped down from the board.
The company is considering a listing on London’s AIM market.and has appointed RFC Ambrian Limited as its sole financial advisor, nominated advisor and broker.
