Latin Resources (ASX:LRS) non-executive director Mark Rowbottam has stepped down from board with effect from today.
This is in line with the company’s strategy to reduce expenses, which includes a smaller board of directors more appropriate to the current level of activity and the prevailing capital markets.
Rowbottam was one of the founders and original directors of the Company when it was formed in 2008 and played a pivotal role in the listing of the Company on the ASX in 2010.
The company is considering a listing on London’s AIM market.and has appointed RFC Ambrian Limited as its sole financial advisor, nominated advisor and broker.
