KGL Resources (ASX:KGL) non-executive director John Taylor has acquired $34,794 worth of shares through a number of on market purchases.
His indirect interests bought 200,000 shares between since 24th December 2015 at prices ranging from $0.165 and $0.18.
Taylor now holds 982,355 shares in the company.
This follows fellow non-executive director Denis Wood acquiring $42,391 worth of shares this month.
KGL shares have been a star lifting 54% since mid July to $0.175.
Last week, KGL delivered a significant increase in the confidence and tonnage of the resource at its high-grade Jervois project to 30.5 million tonnes at 1.07% copper and 23g/t silver.
The upgraded resource will form the basis of an optimised Pre-Feasibility Study expected in October.
Jervois has an existing mining lease due to historical mining activities on site.
