Impact Minerals Ltd (ASX:IPT) has appointed Bernard Crawford as company secretary and chief financial officer.
Crawford replaces Dr Mike Jones as company secretary.
It is set to be a busy time for Impact, with a major ramp-up in exploration and development activity having commenced at its two flagship base and precious metals projects in New South Wales.
Given the advances and discoveries Impact has made in a relatively short period of time at its existing licences, the ramp-up in exploration will be closely watched.
While Impact's tenements are close to the world-class Broken Hill, past exploration has been limited.
