Impact Minerals' (ASX:IPT) managing director, Dr Mike Jones, was on the Proactive Investors Melbourne / Sydney Roadshow this week.
Jones met with investors and discussed the recent up to $7.3 million cornerstone investment from Andrew Forrest's Squadron Resources.
Tranche 1 has already been completed, with Tranche 2 pending shareholder approval at the AGM at the end of September 2015.

The Broken Hill project in NSW boasts some of the highest platinum group metal (PGM) grades ever discovered Australia.
Over at the Commonwealth project, also in NSW, Impact has defined an Inferred Resource of: 722,000 tonnes at 4.7g/t gold equivalent for 110,000 gold equivalent ounces.
Finally over at Mulga Tank in Western Australia, there is the potential for major nickel discovery.
