The Evolution Mining (ASX:EVN) takeover of Phoenix Gold (ASX:PXG) is almost complete, with Evolution now holding a 95.67% stake in Phoenix.
Evolution has also moved to the compulsory acquisition of the remaining Phoenix shares.
Following the move to compulsory acquisition, the board has appointed Jake Klein and Lawrie Conway as directors of Phoenix.
