The Evolution Mining (ASX:EVN) takeover of Phoenix Gold (ASX:PXG) is in the final stretch, with Evolution now holding a 92.38% stake in Phoenix.
Evolution has also moved to the compulsory acquisition of the remaining Phoenix shares.
Following this move to compulsory acquisition, the board has appointed Jake Klein and Lawrie Conway as directors of Phoenix.
