Lemur Resources (ASX: LMR) has been under a takeover offer from Bushveld Minerals (LON: BMN), with Bushveld now announcing that its takeover bid for Lemur closed at 5.00pm (Perth time) on Friday 1st November 2013.
Bushveld currently has a relevant interest in 54.39% of Lemur’s issued share capital.
