Envestra Limited (ASX: ENV) has been granted a trading halt by the ASX, with its shares placed in pre-open.
ENV requested the halt pending details in connection with the scheme meeting for the proposed scheme of arrangement with APA Group (ASX: APA) and the receipt of an alternative proposal.
The halt will remain in place until the opening of trade on Monday 12th May 2014, or earlier if an announcement is made to the market.
