Boss Resources finds Nova-Bollinger-like “eye” features at Swedish copper-nickel project

Boss Resources (ASX: BOE) has completed ground magnetics and TEM programs that have identified several areas of interest with “eye” like intrusive features at its Skogtrask copper-nickel project in Sweden.

These “eye” like features are similar to those seen in Western Australia’s Fraser Range as part of the Nova-Bollinger nickel-copper mineralised system.

An extremely strong 1 kilometre anomaly with a magnetic intensity at 40% of earth’s magnetic field has also been identified.

This coincides with existing semi massive sulphide mineralisation identified in historical drilling with grades up to 1.8% copper and 0.7% nickel from just 20 metres deep.

The company has also completed a high temperature SQUID transient electromagnetic survey to identify conductors for drilling with results pending.

Skogtrask is located 9 kilometres south of the regional centre of Kalix in northeast Sweden.

It was defined as part of a three year regional exploration program undertaken by Newgenco during 2008-2011.

Boss is capped at just $6.3 million, providing upside promise.
