Boss Resources (ASX: BOE) has started ground geophysical surveys at its newly acquired Liakka copper nickel project in Finland to find conductors with the potential for massive sulphide mineralisation
Ground magnetics and high powered TEM surveys will focus on areas in and around shallow drilling conducted in the 1980s that intercepted up to 10 metres at 1% copper and 0.5% nickel.
Should any conductors be found, the company will move to start drilling.
Similar programs will also be acquried over the Skogtrask in Sweden once ground clearances are obtained in the next few weeks.
