Black Rock Mining Ltd's (ASX:BKT) managing director, Steven Tambanis, has shown a further vote of confidence in the company, buying shares on-market.
Tambanis acquired 100,000 shares at $0.155, for a consideration of $15,500, increasing his direct stake to circa 6.9 million. Tambanis also holds several lines of options and rights.
Black Rock shares have been on a tear recently, last trading at $0.16, after hitting a high of $0.185.
At the start of the month, shares could have been snapped up for $0.065.
Recently the company has been holding meetings with potential European and Asian offtake partners for its battery grade flake graphite at the Mahenge project in Tanzania.
