Black Rock Mining Ltd's (ASX:BKT) chairman, Stephen Copulos, has continued to build his stake in the company through on-market purchases.
Copulos picked up another 1,500,000 shares for a consideration of $93,818.40.
Early in the month Copulos bought 1,000,000 shares.
Black Rock is focused on the Mahenge Graphite Project in Tanzania.
A recent Scoping Study indicated the project would generate strong revenues if developed and a payback period of capital in just two years.
Based on the study and resource base, Mahenge could become a long life, low cost graphite concentrate mining operation, based on forecast production of 52,000 tonnes per annum.
