Black Rock Mining (ASX:BKT) has been granted additional time by the ASX to finalise an equity funding transaction, in the form of a voluntary suspension.
The company said it expects to make an announcement on or before Thursday 29 October 2015.
Earlier in the month Black Rock hit its highest graphite grades yet at its Mahenge graphite project in Tanzania.
