Clinical stage biopharmaceutical company Bionomics Limited (ASX:BNO) is preparing to reveal details of a share placement to institutional U.S investors.
Bionomics is focused on developing a pipeline of novel drug candidates focused on the treatment of serious central nervous system disorders and on the treatment of cancer.
The halt will remain in place until the opening of trade on Tuesday 8th December 2015, or earlier if an announcement is made to the market.
