Buxton Resources (ASX:BUX) has been granted a trading halt by the ASX, with the company's shares placed in pre-open.
Buxton requested the halt pending details of a capital raising.
The company is focussed on the exploration of nickel, copper and graphite in Western Australia.
The halt will remain in place until the opening of trade on Thursday 21st May 2015, or earlier if an announcement is made to the market.
