AusQuest's (ASX: AQD) shareholders have approved a buy back of 68,308,791 shares in the company owned by Cliffs Australia Holdings Ltd.
The buy-back is still conditional on Cliffs obtaining Foreign Investment Review Board (FIRB) approval for the transaction.
A decision is expected within the next two to three weeks.
