Applabs Technologies (ASX:ALA) has been granted a trading halt by the ASX, with its shares placed in pre-open.
Applabs requested the halt pending the finalisation of the capital raising being undertaken by a company that is acquiring, known as The Search Party Ltd.
The halt will remain in place until the opening of trade on Friday 19th February 2016, or earlier if an announcement is made to the market.
