Rubianna Resources (ASX:RRE) managing director Steven Batty has stepped down while Ian Hobson has been appointed as a director and company secretary.
Hobson is an experienced chartered accountant, chartered secretary and company director who has acted for many ASX listed companies.
He has 28 years professional experience working in Perth, London and Toronto.
Hobson specialises in transactional support, capital raisings, corporate governance and corporate re-constructions.
