Stavely Minerals (ASX:SVY) has been granted a trading halt by the ASX, pending details of a capital raising.
Stavely said this would involve a placement to sophisticated and institutional investors and an offer of securities to shareholders under a non-renounceable rights issue.
The company's projects include Ararat, which is prospective for VMS base metals-gold and ‘Stawell-style’ gold mineralisation.
The halt will remain in place until the opening of trade on Monday 22nd June 2015, or earlier if an announcement is made to the market.
