Paladin Energy (ASX: PDN) found some investor favour yesterday with the company's shares adding 8.9% to $0.49 on heavy volume of 23 million shares being traded.
The company's value is now up close to 30% since the twelve-month low of $0.38 in late 2013.
For the December quarter Paladin had sales revenue of US$101.75M, selling 2,774,814 pounds U3O8 at average price of US$36.67 per pound.
The company had record combined production for its Langer Heinrich and Kayelekera mines for the period, demonstrating stable operations near or above budget production and below budget unit cost. The combined production was 2.208 million pounds (1,001 tonnes) U3O8.
