Chandler Macleod Group's (ASX: CMG) shares are in pre-open this morning, following the ASX granting the company a trading halt.
The halt was requested to prepare placement details.
Chandler Macleod’s underlying Net Profit After Tax for FY2013 increased 8% to $18.6 million, with underlying EBITDA increasing 7% to $45.3 million.
The company recently made an entry into China, securing a 40% stake in Cornerstone Global Partners Limited.
The halt will remain in place until the opening of trade on Wednesday 18th December 2013, or earlier if an announcement is made to the market.
