U.S. corporate round-up: Twitter shares loses momentum, Groupon soars

Twitter (NYSE:TWTR) shares fell 7.2% to $41.65 on Friday on profit taking, but is still well up from the $26 IPO price.

Groupon (NASDAQ:GRPN) rose over 6%, after third quarter revenue fell short of estimates, though earnings beat forecasts.

Walt Disney's (NYSE:DIS) shares rose 1.7% as fourth quarter profit and revenue topped estimates, even as it reported lower income at cable networks including ESPN.

In other news, UBS (NYSE:UBS) has agreed to pay $3.76 billion to the Swiss National Bank to repurchase a stabilization fund of toxic assets that was created in 2008 to bail the bank out.
