Shoply Limited (ASX:SHP) has been granted a trading halt by the ASX, pending details of a material transaction.
Earlier in the month the company said trading results for January and February were in line with revised forecasts.
The halt will remain in place until the opening of trade on Thursday 3rd March 2016, or earlier if an announcement is made to the market.
