Rumble Resources (ASX:RTR) has been granted an ASX trading halt in relation to a strategic capital raising to Asian and other key global investors.
The company will also appoint an individual with significant resources and global corporate experience to a corporate advisory role.
The halt will last until the earlier of the announcement being made or the start of trade on Friday, 10th April 2015.
