Rumble Resources (ASX:RTR) has modelled a 2 kilometre bedrock conductor prospective for nickel sulphides at its Fraser Range project in Western Australia.
Rumble is completing a moving-loop electro-magnetic survey to explore prospective magnetic and gravity targets recently identified through reprocessing of ground gravity data and 3D modelling of airborne magnetics.
The survey is not anticipated to be complete for another two weeks, yet data processing has already identified the significant bedrock conductor.
This large conductor is of moderate conductance levels, commences at a depth of 250 metres and dips to the east, and interestingly, conductance levels are increasing and becoming nearer surface to the north.
It is also a magnetic high which is significant as pyrrhotite, the main constituent sulphide mineral of nickel deposits, is a magnetic mineral.
Rumble is now extending the geophysics program further west to investigate a potential second conductive zone, which will be tested in the coming weeks.
In addition, Rumble has been granted a further 426 square kilometres of Fraser Range acreage, and is in a ballot for another two tenement applications.
Currently valued at $2.5 million, Rumble has one of the smallest market caps amongst the various Fraser Range explorers.
