Rumble Resources (ASX: RTR) has been awarded a $150,000 co-funding drilling grant from the Western Australian Government to test the 2.2 kilometre long Kaos Prospect in the Paterson Province.
The Kaos Prospect is part of Rumble’s Beadell Project which covers 766 square kilometres of the Proterozoic-aged Rudall Complex located 450km east of Newman.
The region is host to world class deposits including the Telfer Gold Mine, Nifty Copper Mine and the Kintyre Uranium Deposit.
Rumble considers the Beadell Project area to be prospective for sediment hosted base metal copper-zinc-lead-silver and intrusion-related copper-gold mineral deposits.
Under the Western Australia State Government’s Exploration Incentive Scheme, funds committed by the company towards the drill programs will be matched by funds from the program.
