Eclipse Metals (ASX: EPM) is preparing to release funding arrangements, and this morning was granted a trading halt by the ASX - with its shares placed in pre-open.
Eclipse is focused on uranium and rare earths in the Northern Territory, and holds over 26,000 square kilometres of selected tenure across six separate project areas.
The halt will last until the earlier of an announcement being made to the market, or the opening of trade on Tuesday 19th March 2013.
