Renaissance Uranium (ASX:RNU) has re-commenced diamond drilling at its 1050 East copper-silver-cobalt prospect within Olympic Dam's iron-oxide, copper-gold-uranium (IOCGU) belt in South Australia.
Drilling will target extensions at depth and along strike from the new copper-cobalt-silver zone intersected in Renaissance’s first pass drilling completed last month.
Grade and width are inferred to increase at depth, with induced polarisation data indicating strong sulphide development along strike of the Angle Dam fault to the near south.
The 1,000 metre program expected to be completed in mid-December with results due shortly thereafter.
