IMX Resources (ASX: IXR) non-executive director Stephen Hunt has tendered his resignation with effect from 22 August 2013.
Hunt has been a director of the company since 2007 and helped develop its projects and positioning the company for future growth in South Australia.
Chairman John Nitschke said this included the development of the Cairn Hill magnetite-copper mine which produces 1.8 million tonnes of ore per year e as well as its Mt Woods Magnetite Project.
The board has started the process of identifying a suitable replacement for Hunt.
