IMX Resources (ASX: IXR) has appointed Kellie Benda to the board as a non-executive director.
Benda is a lawyer and investment banker with extensive corporate advisory and management experience, specialising in equity capital markets and mergers and acquisitions, particularly in the mining and resources sectors.
Chairman of IMX Resources John Nitschke said Benda was as an outstanding addition to the Board.
