IMX Resources and Continental Nickel final assays from Nachingwea JV confirm nickel-copper

IMX Resources (ASX: IXR) final assays from the Nachingwea joint venture in southern Tanzania has confirmed nickel and copper mineralisation.

The company said ten reverse circulation holes intersected favourable ultramafic intrusive rocks.

Two of these holes returned anomalous nickel-copper, which included; 0.51% nickel and 0.05% copper over 6 metres.

In addition, three other holes intersected polymetallic base metal mineralisation with copper, zinc and silver values.

IMX Resources has a 25% interest, with Canadian company Continental Nickel 75% (CVE: CNI).
