Eureka Group (ASX:EGH) has completed due diligence for the acquisition of a retirement village in New South Wales.
The $4 million acquisition is now unconditional and settlement is expected before 15th May 2015.
The Eureka Cascade Gardens Lismore currently houses 80 permanent tenants with some short-term accommodation available.
It is expected to add annual revenues of about $1.2 million and EBITDA of more than $600,000 per annum.
